The Japanese art of Karate originated with Chinese Kung Fu.
Chinese Kung Fu was brought by the Indian monk Bohdidharma.
India had practiced martial arts for 5,000 years before the rise of Shaolin.
THEREFORE: India is the true home for all martial arts!
